New Zealand is really an amazing place. Everywhere you look is an incredible piece of nature’s canvas. It’s difficult to fully appreciate this place sometimes, as you end up becoming almost immune to the shear amount of photogenic landscapes and scenes.
The Turquoise-Browed Motmot inhabits Central America from SE Mexico (mostly the Yucatán Peninsula) to Costa Rica, where it is common and not considered threatened. It has been chosen as the national bird of both El Salvador and Nicaragua.
