First column: time. Next, I write down the food I ate. The Y/N column is simply to track whether I was hungry or not. The number indicates my hunger level on a 1-10 scale where 5 is neutral, 0 is starving, and 10 is stuffed. I try to stay between 3 and 7. The notes section is for anything I feel is important to remember about that meal or how it made me feel. The last column is my hunger level once I’m done eating. I try to stop eating when I’m just satisfied, but not overly full.
