Make this darling flag pillow from scraps of vintage fabric, lace and a handful of old buttons. The finished size is up to you—it can be large enough for a sofa pillow, or keep it small and use it as a pincushion. Or, if you run out of time after piecing the top, don't make a pillow at all.
