First, From the reverse BRIDGE position, fingers pointed forward, Crab walk forward and back NEXT Walk in and out from the bridge position. You will REALLY feel this in your core, glutes and triceps! Next, holding that reverse bridge position, alternate legs side to side (working those outer thighs) Finally, from that same reverse position, bring your knee IN and out really targeting abs and booty.
