Look like mould? It is delicate crochet on a purse made to look like a specific kind of growth - very clever.

Week14 - 1.1.2014 I was thinking how do I show my works. When I visited the lab, I saw moulds and bacterias through a microscope, then I was so impressed the microscope makes an object much bigger and shows the details well. So I tried to see my work through a magnifying glass.

Week10 - 4.12.2013 From this rag rugging, I could know how I want to use rag rug into my work. My rag rug samples are much smaller than this piece, and different fablic. The samples look like unfinished, uncompleted... and I feel comfortable with these my samples. So I'll develop an idea of the samples.

Louise Bourgeois

- Louise Bourgeois, this is also a small scale work. I like white and black space around threads and rag rugging (?

COS | Things | Antoine Bridier

In Antoine Bridier-Nahmias' "Magical Contamination" series, he "paints bacteria into petri dishes, shaping an array of patterns" of mold which he then photographs.

Week9 - 27.11.2013 I was not sure to use this wire stuff because also I willl use this idea of wire into 3D. In a group crit I asked this question and I can use it in both project! I In this week, I started to make some samples and will continue to make these more on a bigger fablic, because my plan of a final piece is display different techniques on a big fablic. So I start working with a bigger fablic.
