After a long day I was to tired, so nothing special for our wedding anniversary, all alone. An here it is, a good old german dish from the south. Food for the soul: Schupfnudeln (a type of thick noodles made of potatoes) with sauerkraut and bacon.
So we hit the ten. Ten days of eating alone and abandoned. I decided to eat the favorite meal of my husband. Made with beef, bacon, pickles and mustard. As side dish I choose potatoes and broccoli. I love this food! And a really simple recipe!
On my sixth day of cooking alone I tried thomething new. And french. And it was AWSOME! French food with a slightly changed recipey Gratin dauphinois (potato bake) and salad mache with mustard-orange-dressing.
