1 dag op voorhand: Breng de melk met de room, het vanillemerg en stokje, 115 g suiker en het zout aan de kook. Klop de eierdooiers luchtig met 50 g suiker. Giet een beetje van het warme melkmengsel bij de opgeklopte dooiers, roer even door en giet terug bij de rest van het warme melkmengsel.
