We've taken the Santa Train at the Georgetown Loop Railroad the last two seasons -- beautiful Christmas memories!  Looking forward to a summer or fall trip sometime in the future...

We rode the Georgetown Loop railroad in the summer of 2011 and it was a perfect trip for toddlers: not too long, super scenic, included a bridge and lots of good old-fashioned steam. Bonus: a bakery and a great train-themed playground are nearby.
