A Beautifully Sashiko Stitched Boro Noragi: Shonai, Yamagata Prefecture.  Great inspiration for patching and stitching my rose work shirt, especially the patches on the shoulders for reinforcement and the cut of the sleeves.

Textile fragments were patched together with a running stitch of heavy double cotton thread. Montsuki: El novio, por otra parte, viste Montsuki o Kuro Montsuki, igual que el anterior pero con Haori ( chaqueta) de color negro, con el lazo, con el emblema de la familia bien visible y más formal, aunque la Haori la pueden vestir hombres y mujeres, la Haori negra con los emblemas de la familia es típicamente masculina.
