First Down Dip with Toasted Pita Chips - Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, cut into small pieces, steamed until soft 3 garlic cloves, peeled 8 oz. lowfat cream cheese 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded Pinch cayenne pepper 6 oz. pita chips, lightly toasted Directions: Preheat oven to 50°F. Place ingredients in the 40 oz. pitcher and pulse until smooth. Place the dip into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until warm and toasted. Serve while hot.
