THM (S) Sausage Balls: Mix together 2 c almond flour with 3 tsp baking powder and I tsp salt. Add in 1 TB melted butter and 1 egg. Stir in 8 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese and 1 lb sausage. Roll into balls. Bake 20-25 mins @ 375.
