The Ikarus lamp was designed by Aylin Kayser and Christian Metzner of Germany. It is a wax lamp which gradually melts over the course of a month, completely changing shape and morphing into what resembles some kind of jellyfish or other sea creature.
This gold-plated metal, hand made Murano glass globe was designed by Guenther Leuchtmann in 1981 for the restaurant "Le tre streghe" (The three witches) in Hamburg. We absolutely love it's unique and almost gypsy-cystal-ball-like quality.
Designed by Karim Rashid, the Artemide Halo Table Lamp is a reductive ring of light. A slightly oblong round of silicone rubber illuminatively frames a volume of negative space, offering a warm coronal glow when lit.
