Col. Henry W. Kingsbury (1836-1862); West Point, Class of June 1861. He commanded the 11th Connecticut Infantry Regiment. Serving in the corps of Ambrose Burnside, his former legal guardian, he was mortally wounded at Antietam by Confederate troops belonging to the division of D.R.
