Blueberry Muffins! Ingredients:  2 1/2 cups almond meal, 1 tbsp coconut flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp honey, 1/4 cup coconut oil , 2 eggs, 1 cup blueberries. Method:  Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl dry ingredients and stir to combine. Pour in coconut oil, eggs, honey and vanilla; mix well. Fold in blueberries. Distribute into muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!

Lemon  poppy seed bites recipe: Ingredients: 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest 1 cup almond meal 1/4 cup coconut flour 2 tablespoons raw honey pinch salt 2 tablespoons poppy seeds Method: Combine all ingredients a a bowl until a dough forms. Roll the dough out into 1/2 to 1cm and cut using a cookie cutter. Place a a lightly greased oven tray and bake for around 10 minutes at 180 Degrees Celsius.
