{Healthy} Cauliflower Fried "Rice" | Eat Yourself Skinny

HUMMUS - 1/2 cup tahini, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup salad oil, 4-6 cloves of garlic, 2 cans drained chick peas, 6 green onions, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, olive oil & smoked paprika.    Process the first 5 ingredients, add chick peas & process, add green onions, salt & pepper and process. Put in a serving bowl, make a well in the top of the hummas, pour in a tablespoon or two of EVOO, sprinke w/ paprika.

Vegan sloppy joe's. Jeremy loves sloppy joe's, and I hate them! I hate hamburger, but these might taste okay. I could make up enough for him to take them in his lunch. I could also serve them with my homemade sweet potato chips he's always begging me to make!

Maybe you can't teach old dogs new tricks, but apparently humans get to keep on learning. Lucky for me that means learning how to make a tasty gluten-free, grain-based veggie burger. To celebrate I made a gluten-free sesame seed bun and a smokey vegan aioli sauce as well. I blame all this on the quinoa. It has that effect on me.
