Burned corpses lie on the grounds of the Klooga concentration camp. A subcamp of the Vaivara concentration camp in Estonia, Klooga held some 2400 Jews and Soviet POWs.  In July of 1944, as Soviet Troops approached, German and Estonian troops massacred the camp population.  Only 85 inmates managed to hide or escape and survive.
