Cinnamon Maple Oatmeal Muffins - All phases of Ideal Protein  (Makes 4 muffins – 2 IP meals)  1 pack Plain Crepe  1 pack Maple Oatmeal  1/4 tsp baking soda  1/4 tsp baking powder  1/4 tsp cinnamon  Pinch salt  1 tsp. Stevia  1 egg white  3-4 oz water - Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix dry ingredients together. Combine wet ingredients & add to dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Fill 4 non-stick muffin tins approx. 2/3 full. There should be enough batter for 4 muffins (2 IP meals). Bake 15-20 min.

Half Baked: Guilt (and gluten) free oatmeal banana muffins. Made these this week using whole wheat flour instead of oat flour. Came out great, quick and tasty breakfast.
