11 Yoga Poses For Beginners. I'm not a beginner, I've been doing yoga for years, bit I feel like a beginner since I've held off substantially for the better half of 2 years due to pregnancies.

New to Yoga? Here's an intro of 11 poses! Remember that everyone has their own flexibility level, though, so it's okay if you can't make the poses as big while starting - do what you can!
