Princess Feodora of Saxe-Meiningen (1874-1945) was the daughter of Bernhard III, Duke of Saxe-Meiningen and his wife, Princess Charlotte of Prussia, a granddaughter of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.  Feodora and her mother are both said to have had porphyria, a genetic disorder that affects the brain.
