let me list what i had for dinner - i can tell you it was very very delicious ☁️: broccoli, carrots, pak choi (steamed) & oven roasted (no oil, no salt) zucchini, champignons, cherry tomatoes and green onions & arugula, lemon/cilantro/basil/pepper for toppings. incredibly good!!!
dinner is served: veggies and greens! (tomatoes, bell pepper, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, carrots, broccoli and garlic) spiced with cilantro, basil and oregano. + arugula.... yummie, i'ts veggie feast!!
what my boyfriend eats for lunch: steamed potatoes, avo, tomatoes and carrots. all topped with extra virgin olive oil we brought home from a private mill in italy, pepper and fresh basil. for me personally it's slightly to high in fat but i'm glad he's slowly hopping on the 'vegan-train' with me. :)
