This trio of elephants show their love for one another as they get their trunks in a tangle. The three fully-grown African elephants were spotted sharing a bonding moment as they huddled together. Affectionately, they twined their trunks together for almost half an hour. Semi professional photographer Guus Quaedvlieg captured the moment while on holiday in South Africa. He had travelled to the Addo Elephant National Park near Port Elizabeth especially to get pictures of the huge animals…

African elephant are elephants of the genus Loxodonta (from the Greek words loxo (oblique sided) and donta (tooth)). The genus consists of two extant species: the African bush elephant and the smaller African forest elephant.
