REBLOGGED - Rujak, one of Indonesia street food which is a fresh fruits salad with sweet dressing made from chillies, brown sugar, salt, lime juice and tamarind paste.  Some south east asia country make this fruit salad dressing with slighly different ingredients by adding shrimp paste but the idea still the same, taste sweet and tangy. Oh how I miss rujak...
