I make a lot of pancakes and am constantly experimenting with ways to add more protein so that I am not starving an hour after eating. Lately cottage cheese has been one of my favorite secret weapons.

Protein Pancakes. Yum they taste like French toast but without the carb overload! Can we made with GF oats. In your blender: 6 eggs, 1 cup oats, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring  and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Cook like pancakes- Enjoy!
