A few weeks ago I injured my ab (again!). The only thing you can do for an  ab injury is rest, so now that it's healed, I am looking forward to getting  back into the gym. I am not one of those people who loves cardio, but if  I've got a good playlist, I'm motivated. This playlist is a little over 45  minutes and has been my go-to for the past week.
