Gas Chamber at Mauthausen Extermination Camp. 120 people at a time were forced into this tiny room. They were not even given the relatively quick death from Zyklon-B, but died in slow agony from inefficient Carbon Monoxide. When the doors were opened, the corpses were covered in blood and filth, eyes protruding, and limbs contorted in unimaginable torment.

Mauthausen. The "Judas Opening". A peephole in the door of the gas chamber, through which guards and V.I.P.s could enjoy watching the death agonies of their helpless, defenseless victims. What dark, wicked things were witnessed through this window are too ghastly to dwell upon.
