The JMAC chess team competed at Supernationals in Nashville, TN, hosted by the United States Chess Federation. Our students competed in the K-12 unrated since all of them did not have chess ratings. The JMAC Chess Team received an 11th place trophy out of 25 teams total in this section. The students had to play 7 rounds each lasting 4 hours long to earn enough points to win a trophy!!
