Used to make these all the time. Great breakfast. One small tortilla, preferably whole wheat. Slap on some peanut butter, sprinkle with granola or GrapeNuts, slice up some apples. Wrap in foil for on-the-go consumption. Bananas are good too, but I prefer the crunch of the apples.
Honey-Maple Granola- Made this today. I used real maple syrup instead of honey and still added the Maple extract. I also used Chia seeds instead of flax. Sprinkled on a touch of salt as well. I added pecans to mine but you could of course use whatever.
