Smashed avo toast heaven!   This morning I smashed my avo with freshly squeezed lemon juice a little Dijon mustard capers chilli flakes Himalayan pink rock salt and freshly ground black pepper  it was seriously tasty!! I don't think it's even possible to get MORE protein in 1 bowl! which is why this was my perfect post-gym dinner spinach roasted sticky butternut squash broccoli Mediterranean quinoa with green pesto sundried tomato & pepper sweet jacket potato with avocado AND roasted herby chickpeas. all finished off with some red chillies and homemade peanut satay…

Had an early start this morning I woke up at 6 to work out. I absolutely loved it!  Something about waking up while it's still dark and everyone else is sleeping was so peaceful.  I did some gentle yoga before my workout and just meditated on God's love.  "Because your love is better than life my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live and in  your name I will lift up my hands." Psalm 63:3-4  I kept these words in mind throughout my workout and each movement was for him…
