Veg sushi is THE BEST & so much more nutritious than fish based sushi rolls!  You don't need to be a vegan or vegetarian to try meatless dishes-- just try new things see what you like and remain conscious of how eating these meatless meals feel on your body! I used to loooove dairy. I originally gave it up because I didn't want to support the dairy industry's cruel practices but after realizing how much stronger & healthier I mentally & physically feel I can't even imagine craving it again…
