Chocolate Mousse 1. 1/2 cup + maybe an 1/8th cup more semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave (no water) melted. 2. Separate two eggs. 3. Whisk the egg whites on medium-high with a pinch of salt until white, thick and very fluffy. 4. Mix the egg yolks into melted chocolate. 5. Mix chocolate mixture into egg white mixture. 6. Stick it in the fridge. Makes a single serving.
