This is the nonsense we need to make embarrassing. So I guess we're supposed to assume he's a "good guy with a gun" until and unless he shoots. At which point, someone else pulls a gun and shoots him, and then we're not sure which is the good guy and which is the bad. And we hope he isn't a great shot, but good enough so that if he is a good guy, he can shoot the shooter. Lord. Solid plan, right?
