Barocke Deckelterrine. Reliefform Neubrandenstein. Akanthushenkel mit plastischem Spargel und Blumenkohl. Putto mit Füllhorn als Deckelnodus. Hochfeine Staffage mit heimischen Vögeln sowie Schmetterlingen und anderen Insekten. Goldstaffiert. Reste blauer Schwertermarke Meissen, um 1750.

A Sèvres Teapot, circa 1758-60  This Sèvres porcelain teapot (a théière Calabre) is decorated with turquoise-blue (bleu céleste) ribbons and flowers painted in natural colours.  On either side birds are painted in the reserves, depicted in natural settings and clearly attributable to Louis-Denis Armand l'aîné.  Factory marks in blue.  The lid appears to be a later replacement.  H. 12.5cm  W.17cm  D.9.5cm  No: 9403
