FEBRUARY: National Chili Day - It is fitting that we celebrate National Chili Day every year on the fourth Thursday of February since there’s nothing better than enjoying fiery fare during one of winter’s coldest months.
New Orleans, my husbands Great Grandfather ate lunch there everyday his entire adult life, it hasn't changed a bit according to his family. Order the oyster sampler platter, and the milk punch...also the crab louis and the shrimp remoulade are fabulous...everything is good. The line is long on Sunday, so get there early, there are no reservations! Have Fun!!! :)
