Prince Alfred of Edinburgh-Coburg, his sister Marie, Crown Princess of Romania and Grand Duke Boris Vladimirovitch of Russia. I am guessing this was taken at the time of Nicholas II Coronation, where it was rumored that Marie had an affiar with Boris while her sister Victoria-Melita of Hesse had an affair with his brother Kyrill. Victoria-Melita later divorced Ernst of Hesse and married Kyrill.
