Stereocards and Holmes Stereoscopes Geoffrey Walkers passion triggered his interest in many clubs, including the Victorian 3D Society, of which he was a former president. Current club secretary Malcolm McCormick describes his collection of stereoscopic cards as exceptional. Other items include a few Holmes viewers (named after Oliver Wendell Holmes snr, who invented the device) used to look at the stereocards.
