Cotton fabric dyed with eucalyptus leaves, onion skins, and silk oak needles. Mordanted with alum, lime and vinegar in a cochineal bath. Wrapped around a rusted pipe.

fresh indigo leaves pounded onto silk. Allow the fabric to oxidize for a full day before washing to allow the blue to fully develop.

onion skins, waxy leaves..."...scattered them around (actually stitched them in place) on some old silk, (soaked the skins a bit to make them more pliable), folded the cloth in half, wrapped around a tin can with some string.  steamed it for a while, soaked it in some pomegranate/oak. tea, sludge for a while. quite a while.  the white dots resulted from some waxy leaves cut in similar fashion to act as a resist."
