Ledyard Blair ( 1867- 1949), a prominent investment banker and ambitious entrepreneur who recognized the beauty of the beautiful Somerset Hills area and decided to build one of the largest estates ever built in the region.

There is a place in New Jersey filled with a great and mysterious force so bone chilling that even the history of the place before it was visited by spirits is disturbing.

Brush Park, Detroit in the 1900's. The area experiences a decline in the 20th Century. The Great Depression led to many mansions being subdivided into apartments and others fell to disuse. Many of the mansions are beyond repair, some demolished. But the area is experiencing a revival.
