Bylsma recently published a book on the Bach Solo Cello Suites entitled “Bach, The Fencing Master”- a stylistic and aesthetic analysis of the first three of J.S. Bach's Cello Suites.   “The book is a quest into unknown Bach territory, if such a thing exists.
