Making vanilla chia pudding today! 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup almond milk 1 banana 1 scoop of @nuzestnz New Zealand vanilla clean lean protein powder 1/2 tsp pure vanilla paste 5 Tbsp chia seeds 1/2 Tbsp pure maple syrup Add all ingredients into @vitamix_aunz except chia seeds and blend until smooth Add chia seeds and pulse until combined Pour into jars Place in fridge to set- best over night Once set, top with homemade rawnola and Fresh As dried freeze raspberries Enjoy X

I make 5 jars on Sunday for the week: In a small Mason Jar: 1/2 cup organic raspberry kefir 1/4 cup quick cooking gluten free oats 1 scoop protein powder (I use Meno Super Protein, www.menoclinic.com) 1 TBSP Chia Seeds 1 TBSP Organic raw sunflower seeds Top it off with frozen organic blueberries. 319 calories and over 20g of protein. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
