Lolo bun (Coconut Cream Buns) Ingredients 4 cups flour, 6 teaspoons active dry yeast 2 1/2 cups lukewarm water 1/4 cup butter 2 teaspoon sugar 2 1/4 teaspoons salt You can just use any deep cooking pot. Instructions: Mix 3 cups flour and yeast. Heat water, butter, sugar and salt until warm and butter is just melting (about 120 degrees). Add this to the flour and yeast mixture. If anyone's wanting very authentic recipes from Fiji, this site has them.  I have gone through each of the recipes and they're pretty spot on.  It's by far the best site in my opinion; just wish they had some other favourites of mine too.
