I learned this cute little trick from all the food blogs I read - when your nut butter (peanut, almond, sunflower, etc.) jar is close to empty, use it for your overnight oats!  Some rolled oats, almond milk, chia, berries, nuts, bananas, and nut butter scraps.  Yum!

1/3 cup old fashioned/rolled oats • 1/3c unsweetened almond milk • 1/2c 2% plain Greek yogurt (Plain is recommended, but you can use vanilla as well) • 1t chia seeds (optional) • 1/2T almond butter (also optional)  • 1t honey • 1/2c frozen cherries (you can actually use any fruit you like!)  I made mine in mason jars, but a bowl works too! Start with oats, milk, seeds, butter, yogurt, cherries! Stir, cover and refrigerate! Good for three days! Enjoy :)
