Tonight's simple and easy #keto dinner: Tuna salad with flax seed crackers and spinach!!  4.6oz of tonno tuna in olive oil 9g whole foods mayo .75oz Sriracha aioli sauce 3 pickle sandwich slices and 1oz of spinach. Eaten with roughly 12 "Flackers" from Doctors In The Kitchen and drizzled with my own mix of Sriracha and sugar-free ketchup that actually went surprisingly well together  Super tasty!!! 630 calories 5g net carbs 47g fat 41g protein  #ketogenic #ketogenicdiet #ketosis #ketoliving…
