All pictures by Paul Fusco “As a staff photographer for Look magazine in 1968, Fusco was commissioned to document the events surrounding the funeral. He captured thousands of Americans standing by the railroad tracks to greet Kennedy’s funeral train, the mourners gathered at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York, and the dramatic night burial in Arlington National Cemetery.” - Paul Fusco: RFK

June 8, 1968: from inside the funeral train that carried Robert Kennedy’s body from New York to Washington so that he could be buried beside his brother at Arlington. The photo- grapher Paul Fusco had been assigned the story by LOOK Magazine and on what turned out to be an unusually hot Saturday, close to a million people – black and white, rich and poor, young and old, singly and in groups - spontaneously came out to pay their respects to the man who had inspired so many Americans.

I have been holding off on writing about the upcoming exhibition at my gallery - Paul Fusco’s RFK Funeral Train: Rediscovered – as the New.

MY BOARDS HAVE PIN LIMITS! When you are new... Pinterest is SO exciting and OVER PINNING is really, really easy to do! You simply DON'T have respect for other pinner's boards and so...you PIN YOUR HEART OUT!!! Only to then get BLOCKED! It's called RAIDING. It is generally NOT tolerated and is best to avoid doing. Pin about 10 pins at most and make sure you follow the board.

How does one Pin politely? Pin a few at a time, not one after another until you have pinned 15 or The boards will still be here tomorrow. Thanks for reading this and pinning politely!
