With the cold Winter here it’s so easy to give up exercise, get out of shape and become unhealthy which can affect our productivity. What are you doing that will motivate you to stay on top of your game this Winter?
Bad run > no run. I have to remember this, getting up and doing SOMETHING is better than doing nothing! That's why I ran this morning even though it was the last thing I wanted to do, and I felt AMAZING afterwards!
