  • 2 lbs Ground beef
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, bulk
  • 4 4- to 5-inch-long russet potatoes
  • 3 Anaheim chiles, roasted
  • 2 tsp Coriander, ground
  • 1 Double-fried french fries
  • 1 head Garlic
  • 2 tsp Garlic, granulated
  • 1 bunch Green onions
  • 2 Jalapenos chiles
  • 2 15.5-ounce cans Kidney beans, with juice
  • 2 tsp Onion, granulated
  • 2 15.5-ounce cans Pinto beans, with juice
  • 3 Poblano chiles, roasted
  • 2 Red bell peppers
  • 2 Yellow onions
Canned Goods
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 cup Tomato paste
  • 2 cups Tomato sauce
Baking & Spices
  • 3 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp Chili powder
  • 2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 2 tsp Paprika, hot
  • 1 tbsp Sea salt, fine grain
Oils & Vinegars
  • 3 tbsp Bacon grease or canola oil
  • 8 cups Canola oil
Nuts & Seeds
  • 2 tsp Cumin, ground
