Beautiful wild fermentation! Used yeast from elderberry bloom (white coating on the berries) in sugar water (1/3 cup sugar to 1 cup water). Later on today I will make my first sour mugwort beer using some of the liquid as a starter. I'll use more to make a wild soda tomorrow.
