Char Siu (a.k.a. cha shu, cha siew, chashao, barbecue pork). This is one of the most delicious ways to cook pork that I have found. I like the fact he marinates it as long as he does. Remember to let the meat rest for 10 minutes or so under tented foil before slicing and serving. Serve with noodles or in fried rice or simply slice and serve as an appetizer.
