This 3 tier round cake was made in a Planet Cake course here in Melbourne. I think The Twist is one of PC's signature designs. The dark icing looks like black in the photo, but it's actually dark brown chocolate icing. The orchids were also made in class.
This was made for my mums friend as a surprise. I was set the challenge of creating an open hat box cake with pink roses and flowers popping out. I was initially quite worried I wouldn’t be able to do it but I LOVED making this cake, it’s perfect.
