El Feidja National Park - is a small national park in the northwest of #Tunisia, located near the border with Algeria. The forest is characterized by two endemic species of oak trees characteristic only of the Western Mediterranean - cork and Canary oak. The forest can be homogeneous or mixed. There are more than 700 species of plants, many of them are endemic. These are myrtle, strawberry tree (strawberry tree large-fruited), heather (Erica arborescent) and hawthorn.

Machimosaurus is an extinct genus of teleosaurid crocodyliform from the Late Jurassic (Kimmeridgian and Tithonian) and Early Cretaceous.
