Garides Tourkolimano (Greek Shrimp) -  Garides tourkolimano are prawns cooked in a tomato, garlic, herb and wine sauce that is finished off with feta cheese. I had recently made and really enjoyed shrimp saganaki which is very similar dish but it is baked.
